Samsung has announced two new Chromebook models at CES 2017. These are Chromebook Pro and Chromebook Plus. Both models offer the 360-degree rotating touchscreen, quad HD screen, and built-in digitized pen.

The Chromebook comes with lightweight metal design to offer the premium look. These come with pre-installed with Google Play, Chrome, Google Drive and Hangouts like apps.

The stylus can be used to take notes in Google keep. It can also be used to write on the screen, grab screenshots, or to point to something. Google also uses its cloud services to improve the inking experience while writing. It can predict where you will move the pen next to improve responses and makes the writing or drawing more natural.

Both Chromebooks offer 12.3-inch 2400×1600 LED Display with the touchscreen panel, 4GB RAM and 32GB storage with microSD card slot. These Chromebooks have two USB Type-C ports that support charging and 4K video output.

The only difference between Chromebook Plus and Chromebook Pro is the processor inside. Chromebook Plus has an ARM-based chip while Chromebook Pro has Intel Core M3 processor.

Both Chromebook models are rated for eight hours of battery life. The design of both models are also same and it measures 11.06″ x 8.72″ x 0.51″ ~ 0.55″ and weigh 1.08kg.

Chromebook was able to run Android games such as Asphalt 8 without any issue. You can also enjoy much more Android apps in the device.

The Chromebook Plus will be available starting this February for $449. The Chromebook Pro will arrive later this year for the higher price but the company didn’t announce the price at the event.
