Long-distance relationships are difficult and apps like Skype, FacebookTime or Hangouts help a lot. To make your long-distance relationship even more interesting, there is a new cool gadget. Kissing someone over the internet is now possible with this iPhone accessory dubbed as Kissenger.

Kissenger is an iPhone accessory that adds a robotic kissing pad to your phone. When you kiss on this pad, it senses the pressures and transmits the sensation through to an identical kissing pad attached to your partner’s phone.

Kissenger

Kissenger calls itself “World’s first mobile kiss messenger”. It is easy to use. Just plug into your phone and give your loved ones a kiss over the internet. You will also feel the force on your lips when your partner kisses you back.

It has high precision force sensors embedded under the silicon lip to measure the dynamic forces at different parts of your lips during a kiss. The device sends this data to your phone that transmits this to your partner’s devie over the internet. Miniature linear actuators are then used to reproduce these forces on your partner’s lips. It tries to create partner’s lips. With two-way interaction, you will feel like real kissing.

Kissenger sensors

Kissenger also comes with a Kissenger app to make your conversation better.

The company behind this gadget has already made the first prototype for iOS devices. This device attached to the phone over the headphone jack of iPhone/iPod/iPad. So, it will not work with the latest iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus models.
