Facebook users on Android can finally upload videos in HD resolution. The iOS users have already been doing this for past two years.

Android Police spotted this change and found the option in settings menu. Now this option is available for all Android users.

Now when Android users can record 4K videos from their phone, they have yet to get the option to upload the Full HD and they just got the option for HD video uploads.

The more interesting news is that Facebook has just started testing floating video window with a small bunch of users. So, users can watch the Facebook videos along with using other apps. For this option, the Facebook app also requires “draw over other apps” permission.

Facebook is also planning to add the download video option to watch videos offline. Soon, it will also get the option to select the video resolution similar to YouTube video player.

All these changes will hit the final Facebook app soon, but we have no idea when the company will push this update officially.
