We take lots of selfies daily and face numerous challenges. Sometimes, we face trouble in capturing all people in a selfie and then end up asking someone to take your group photo. Selfie sticks solve few problems but that is not enough because most of the times we do not want our hand or selfie sick to come in the photo.

This is where AirSelfie helps. It is a tiny drone with the camera to help you in capturing photos. It connects to your smartphone, flies, captures photo and flies back to you.

It also comes with a companion app that will be available for both Android and iOS devices.

This drone can be set to three different modes, namely Selfie, Selfie Motion Control, and Flying. These modes provide users multiple controls that responds to each of the modes differently.

It is encased in an aluminum based shell casing with dimensions of 67.4 by 94.5 by 10.6 millimeters and weighs 52 grams. It has four propellers that are installed within its interior body. It has four “micro brushless” engines allow the drone to levitate up to 20 meters off the ground.

It is packed with a 5-megapixel camera for photography or video recording. It also offers 4GB internal storage. It is powered by a 7.4V-260mAh battery.

This is just in prototype and has yet to be manufactured. You can take a look at Kickstarter video to see how it works.

This project was up on Kickstarter where creators asked a total of €45,000 and funded for over 200% of the amount in just 2 days.
