Videocon has launched its new phone Videocon Ultra50. This phone comes with fingerprint sensor and is priced at Rs. 8990. it comes in Space Grey and Golden colors. It will be available in India starting from the first week of November.

Videocon Ultra50 features a 5-inch HD IPS display with Asahi Dragontrail glass protection and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow). It is powered by 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735 64-bit processor with Mali-T720 GPU and 3 GB RAM. Internal storage of the phone includes 32GB that is expandable up to 64GB with MicroSD card.

It has 13 megapixels rear camera with dual LED flash and a 5 megapixels front camera with LED flash. Now, the front camera flash is a common feature in this price segment.

It offers 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS connectivity options. It is packed with 3000 mAh battery. The fingerprint sensor is located on the physical home button.

Dimensions of the device measure 148.1 x 72.8 x 11.27mm.

This phone also comes with pre-installed emergency response app called ‘SOS-BE Safe’ that utilizes power button of the smartphone as the panic button. Pressing this button sends an alert to the numbers added in the emergency list at the time of crisis.

I also offers dual WhatsApp feature which allows you to use two WhatsApp accounts in the same phone. It also offers various gestures. It also comes with various pre-installed apps including EROS Now, Gameloft Games, Opera Mini, SwiftKey, Office suite, ChillX, PayPlutus, SBI Buddy, Daily Hunt, and ChillX.

Videocon is also offering 18 months of warranty and 15-day replacement warranty.
