Samsung Galaxy Note 7

It seems Samsung is in big trouble. Samsung is now replacing all Galaxy Note 7 smartphones with safe units, but recent Note 7 incident has shocked the whole company. Samsung’s replacement Galaxy Note 7 caught fire at Southwest Airlines flight.

If this incident turns out to be a genuine case, you should stay away from Samsung Galaxy Note 7 and buy another phone. Well, Galaxy S7 or iPhone 7 will be better if you want a high-end phone.

This incident took place at a Southwest Airlines Co flight to Baltimore from Louisville, Kentucky in the US. This phone was replaced by AT&T on Sept. 21. This phone’s box had a black square and phone shows green battery icon which indicated that it was safe.

When this incident occurred, this phone was at around 80% of battery and he only used a wireless charger since he received the device.

It is still unclear why this replacement Note 7 caught fire. Samsung has promised to investigate the matter to know what was the issue.

The phone’s ownerBrian Green is not happy with the company and has already bought an iPhone 7 for himself.

Samsung, you are losing your genuine customers and I don’t think you will ever get most of those back to you.
