Now it is confirmed that Xiaomi will unveil the Mi Note 2 next week on October 25. This phone was in news for its rumoured bezel-less curved 5.7″ touchscreen display. Other specifications of the phone are also powerful.
It is rumoured to come with Snapdragon 821 chipset with 4GB and 6GB RAM models. it will offer QHD display in high-end variant that will also get 256GB storage model.
Mi Note 2 will also be the most expensive Xiaomi smartphone. A leaked image claims that the phone will be sold for CNY 5699 equating to $845. This price could be for 256GB, storage, QHD display and 4GB RAM variant of Mi Note 2.
Mi 5 was also costly but it was still affordable. But that phone indicated that Xiaomi now wants to go into premium pricing segment. Now with this phone, we can clearly see that Mi line is now going into premium pricing segment. Redmi series is still for those who want affordable phones.
This leaked photo also reveals that Mi Note 2 will go on sale in China on November 1a t 10 AM.
We will have to wait for the official launch event to know the details of Mi Note 2. There will be more leaks before we see the official announcements.
