Honor has announced Honor Pad 2 along with Honor 6X. This tablet is packed with voice calling capabilities and powerful specifications. It will be available in Gold and White color variants. It is priced at 999 Yuan for 3GB RAM with 16 GB storage variant, 1299 yuan for 3GB RAM with 32 GB storage WiFi variant and 3GB RAM with 32GB storage 4G version costs 1499 yuan.
Honor Pad 2 features an 8-inch display with 1920 x 1200 pixels resolution. It is powered by octa-core Snapdragon 616 processor with Adreno 405 GPU and 3GB RAM. It will be available in 16GB and 32 GB storage variants. Storage of the phone is also expandable up to 128 GB.
It features 8-megapixels rear camera with LED flash, f/2.0 aperture. It also has 2 megapixels front camera. The connectivity features of the phone are 4G LTE (with voice calling), Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS / GLONASS connectivity. It is packed with 4800 mAh battery.
