BlackBerry DTEK60 With 5.5-inch Display, Snapdragon 820, Android 6.0 launched for $499

BalckBerry has launched its new Android phone BlackBerry DTEK60. This phone was already leaked revealing its features. This phone is now available unlocked directly from official website starting $499.

Customers will also get a free accessory until November 8. BlackBerry is offering a DTEK60 Soft Shell and Rapid Charger for orders placed in the US and Canada or a Pocket Case and Rapid Charger for orders placed in Europe.

BlackBerry DTEK60 looks very similar to Alcatel Idol 4S. Well, we already know that BlackBerry has outsourced the manufacturing parts to Alcatel and other partners.

BlackBerry DTEK60 comes with 5.5-inch Quad-HD display with dual-glass panel. It has metal frame. It is packed with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 820 processor with 4GB RAM and Adreno 530 graphics processing unit. It has 32 GB internal storage with the option to expand storage up to 2 TB.

It has 21 megapixels rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, dual-tone LED flash and HDR. It also offers 8-megapixels with f/2.2 aperture and selfie flash.

It comes with 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and USB Type-C connectivity options. It also has a fingerprint sensor and BlackBerry Hub.

It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow but the company has already confirmed the Nougat update.  This phone also comes with BlackBerry’s suite of productivity apps, such as the Hub, Calendar, and keyboard.

It is packed with 3000 mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0.
