Xiaomi also announced the larger Xiaomi Mi 5S Plus along with Mi 5S. This is the first phone from Xiaomi to feature dual rear camera. Xiaomi Mi 5S Plus comes in Gold, Dark Grey, Silver and Rose Gold color variants.
It will be available in for the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage and 6GB RAM with 128GB storage variant. The first variant with 4GB RAM costs 2299 yuan while the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage variant costs 2599 yuan.
Xiaomi Mi 5S Plus comes with 5.7-inch Full HD display and runs on MIUI 8 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It has 2.35GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 821 64-bit processor with Adreno 530 GPU.
It offers 13-megapixels dual rear cameras with dual-tone LED flash, PDAF, Sony sensor and 4K video recording. Rear camera can also record 120fps slomo at 720p. It has 4-megapixels front camera with 2um pixels, f/2.0 aperture, 80-degree wide-angle lens and 1080p video recording.
Connectivity features of the phone are 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac dual-band (MU-MIMO), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou, NFC and USB Type-C.
