Technology giant Google is celebrating its 18th birthday. It also added a festive-balloon Doodle on this day. Doodler Gerben Steenks designed this Doodle in celebration of Google’s 18th birthday.

Google's 18th birthday

Google was founded by Larry Page and Sergey Brin in 1998. The date of incorporation is September 4, but Google has been celebrating the birthday on September 27 since 2006.

Most of the people are still confused why Google is not sure about its birthday. In 2005, Google celebrated the birthday on September 25. In 2004, it’s 6th birthday doodle went online on September 7 and in the year before that, it celebrated the birthday on September 8.

Google also confirmed that it has celebrated the birthday on 4 different days but 27 September is now final.
