Apple has also introduced its first ever wireless earbuds dubbed as ‘AirPods’.
Connecting it with your iPhones is easy and it instantly sync over iCloud to your other devices. It is always on and always connected device. AirPods uses Infrared sensors to detect when they are plugged in your ears. So, it will play only if it is in your ears.
It is powered by Apple’s first wireless chip, the W1, which will also be featured in a new wireless Beats headphone. It offers rich, high-quality AAC audio. Accelerometers, optical sensors, microphones, and antennas are packed inside the tiny AirPods.
You can also activate by double tapping on Airpods. Then you can ask Siri to play your favorite song, call and turn up the volume.
AirPods offer up to 5 hours of playback. With just 15 minutes of charging, it lasts for 3 hours. To check the battery status, hold the AirPods next to your iPhone or ask Siri “How’s the battery on my AirPods?”
AirPods cost $159.. It will work on Apple devices running iOS 10, Watch OS 3, or MacOS Sierra.
