YU Televentures has quietly launched its new smartphone Yureka S for Rs. 12999. This new smartphone is now listed on official website. It is already available from eBay for Rs. 13299.
Yureka S comes with 5.2-inch full HD display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It runs on Android Android 5.1.1 while company has already released its custom OS based on Android Marshmallow. It also has Around YU feature which gives you one click access to travel, food and shopping
It is powered by 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor with 3GB RAM. It has 16 GB internal storage which is expandable via microSD card.
Yureka S comes with 13 megapixels rear camera with f/2.2 aperture and LED flash. It also has 5 megapixels front cmaera with 84 degree wide viewing angles and f/2.2 aperture.
For enhanced music experience, this phone is packed with Wolfson Codec and Yamaha Amplifier. It also has noise cancellation microphone to remove background noise while talking to other over call.
It is packed with 3000 mAh battery with Quick Charge 1.0. It claims to offer hp to 9 hours of talk time and 450 hours of stand by time.
This phone lacks fingerprint sensor which is not a common feature in this price segment.
