Samsung has opened its exclusive experience store in New Delhi India. This store will give users personalized experience of different Samsung products and solve their queries.
This experience store has different sections for different kind of consumer needs. There are device unboxing and set-up area, customer support section and a section for training and workshops. The store will also offer an integrated service with pick up and drop, operator zones, and training workshops. It aims to be a one-stop shop to will fulfill all the mobility demands of consumers.
You can experience 4D Chair and immersive Gear VR experience at the store. If you are not sure why yo buy a virtual reality headset, you should experience this and then decide if you need VR experience.
The 4D chair uses hydraulics mechanism that makes it move physically and give life-like experience. It also mimics the movement of content you see in gear VR and offer you real like experience., I was also lucky enough to experience the virtual world by using Gear VR at the store.
If you want to buy a Samsung product but not sure what to buy, you can go there and check different Samsung products. Customer support persons will be there to answer your queries and help you. Once you are satisfied with a device, you can buy it.

There are many Samsung exclusive stores in the country but this is the first its kind of experience store. The company has already planned to open more in coming days but this roll out will be slower.
Samsung is operating this store with a partner. It is located at South Extension 2, New Delhi and is spread across 3500 sq ft.
