It seems Samsung is working on an ultra-large smartphone. Reliable tipster @evleaks posted a new phone of upcoming Galaxy J series smartphone called Samsung J Max.

The 7-inch display is too large for a phone but Samsung wants to try it once to see if there is still a market for large phones. The 7-inch display makes a phone too large to handle. You will not be able to fit this phone in your pocket.

Samsung Galaxy J Max will come with dual-SIM capabilities, GSM, HSDPA and LTE connectivity. Unfortunately, we do not have much information to talk about. We only saw the photo of the phone from back.

We can expect this phone to come in only selected market where large phones still see sales. Generally Korean market has good demand for large phones.
