Samsung has launched its new phablet Samsung Galaxy Wide in Korea. This phone is priced at KRW 319,000. There is no word about its global availability.
Samsung Galaxy Wide features a 5.5-inch TFT display. It is powered by a 1.2GHz Quad-core processor with 2 GB RAM. Internal storage of the phone is 16GB with option to expand up to 128GB. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.
It comes with 13-megapixels rear camera with LED flash. There is also a front camera of 5-megapixels.
It is packed with 3000 mAh battery which claims to offer up to 12 hours of video playback. Connectivity features of the phone are 4G, 3G. Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n , Bluetooth v4.1, NFC, GPS
The dimensions are at 151.8 x 77.5 x 8.2mm, and the smartphone weighs 171 grams.
