Finally wait is over. Prisma app is now officially available on Play Store. Its beta was made available few days back but the company pulled it back after many Android users started using it. Now, you do not need beta invite as the app has made its way to Google Play Store.

I do not think there is a need to explain what Prisma do. It is a viral photo app which turns photos into art. Android app has all the features which are available on iOS version. You can choose from over 30 filters.Prisma Photo filter app

Co-founder of Prisma also shared some stats about the app.

  • Over 400 million photos have been ‘prismed’
  • It’s been downloaded over 10.6 million times on iOS alone
  • The are over 1.55 million daily active users
  • Daily downloads maxed out about 700k

Prisma has also confirmed that new updates will bring more cool features. The company will also remove the least popular style.
