The premium subscription-based service from Amazon, Amazon Prime has finally been launched in India. Users who subscribe to this service will get Guaranteed One-Day and Two-Day delivery with no minimum order size for free of cost.
In the United States, Amazon Prime members also enjoy Amazon Video and Amazon Music in Prime subscription. These services are not yet available in the country but Amazon has confirmed to bring these services in the country soon.

Users who are interested can go with 2 months free trial option to check how it works. After that, Amazon will charge Rs. 499 per year. According to the website, the standard price is Rs.999 and the company is offering 50% discount. We cannot confirm for how many time this discount will be there.
It is worth to note that Amazon Prime members will not be able to get free delivery on all products but only on products with Prime logo next to it. Products, ‘fulfilled by Amazon’ always fall under this category.
As of now, Amazon charged Rs. 40 for standard delivery. One-day and two-day delivery are priced at Rs. 100 and Rs. 80 respectively. Amazon Prime members will get this shipping for free.
