OnePlus has officially launched its latest flagship smartphone OnePlus 3 through a virtual reality event. We already know everything about specifications, price and availability. In India, it is priced at Rs. 27,999 and will be available from Amazon. It comes in Graphite and Soft Gold color options.
OnePlus 3 features a 5.5-inch Optic AMOLED full HD display with Gorilla Glass 4 protection at the top. It runs on Oxygen OS based on Android 6.1 Marshmallow. It is powered by quad-core Snapdragon 820 processor coupled with Adreno 530 GPU and 6GB LPDDR4 RAM. Internal storage of the phone is 64 GB but there is no option to expand storage.
OnePlus 3 features a 16-megapixels rear camera with OIS, PDAF and f/2.0 aperture. It can also record 4K videos. It also has an 8-megapixels front camera with full HD recording capabilities.
For better multimedia experience, it has HiFi sound with the Dirac technology. Connectivity features of the phone are Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.2, and USB 2.0 Type-C port.
It is packed with 3000 mAH battery which supports OnePlus’s own fast charging tech called Dash Charging. It claims to charge phone from 0-60% in just 30 minutes.
Dimensions of the phone are 152.7 x 74.7 x 7.35 mm and weight is 158 grams. It also features a fingerprint sensor on physical home button.
