Ola has added a new but interesting category in its app. Now, you can book intercity cabs using new ‘Outstation’ category in Ola app. Ola cab now be a part of your journeys outside your city. Ola will also give you 20% cashback on your outstation trip fares!
For this, you only need to update your Ola app and you will see a new category ‘Outstation’. Enter the drop location and enter the number of days for your trip. As the trip is intercity, driver will not come instantly. He will go home first to get ready for this trip. So, you can expect cabs availability in around 2 hours.
Price starts from Rs. 8 per hour and you will have option to choose Ola Mini or Prime ride.
Ola also mentioned that all payments will be made in cash. But you will get 20% cashback in your Ola money within 24 hours of ride completion.
As of now, it is available only in Delhi-NCR and Jaipur. Cabs are also subject to availability. It is worth to mention that your trip will also be billed as round trip. Ola will also show you estimated fare to give you an idea of expenses.
