As confirmed yesterday, Ringing Bells has launched world’s cheapest smartphone Ringing Bells Freedom 251 for just Rs. 251. This phone comes with 1-year warranty and company confirm over 650 service centers across India.

Ringing Bells Freedom 251 features a 4-inch qHD IPS display with 960 x 540 pixels resolution. it is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor with 1 GB RAM. There is no confirmation of Soc, so we will have to wait for few more hours to get confirmation on this. Internal storage of the phone is 8 GB with microSD card slot to expand the storage. It features 3.2 megapixels rear camera and VGA front camera.
