While we are still waiting to review newly launched Lenovo K4 Note, Lenovo has launched the successor Lenovo K5 Note in China. This new device comes with all-metal body similar to Lenovo Vibe P1. It is priced at RMB 1,099 (around $167) in China and will be available in Flash sales.
Lenovo K5 Note features a 5.5 inch full HD LTPS display and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with Vibe UI at top. It is powered by Mediatek Helio P10 SoC with 64-bit octa-core processor and Mali-T860 GPU and 2 GB RAM. It is packed with 13 megapixels rear camera with Phase Detection Auto Focus (PDAF) & dual tone LED flash and an 8 megapixels front camera.
Similar to Lenovo K4 Note, it also features 1.5W speaker with Dolby Atmos surround sound effect. It is worth to mention that it does come with stereo speakers and speaker is on the rear. It also has a fingerprint sensor at the back for payments, unlocking the device and capturing images.
It is packed with 3500 mAH battery with support to fast charging via provided 5V/2A adapter. Battery claims to offer 34.2 hours of talk time and around 543.3 hours of stand y.
Dimensions of the device measure 152 x 75.7 x 8.49 mm. Connectivity features of the phone are 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, dual-band WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS.
