Microsoft launched Lumia 950 and Lumia 950XL Dual SIM in India at price Rs. 43699 and Rs. 49399 Respectively. These smartphones will be available from 11 December on Amazon India. Both Lumia 950 and Lumia 950XL are the first device by Microsoft that run on Window 10 operating system.

Lumia 950 has 5.2 inches AMOLED display screen with 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution and a pixel density of 565 ppi. Lumia 950 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 with 3GB of RAM that clocked at 1.8GHz. It has Corning gorilla glass protection with fingerprint and iris scanner.

The rear camera of this smartphone is of 20-megapixel with autofocus, OIS (optical image stabilisation), an f/1.9 aperture, and a triple-LED RGB flash module and front camera is of 5-megapixel. It has 32GB of inbuilt storage which is expandable up to 200GB via microSD card. It has a 3000mAh removable battery. It measures 145×73.2×8.2mm and weighs 150 grams. It is dual SIM with 4G/LTE connectivity.

The Lumia 950XL Dual SIM has 5.7-inch ClearBlack Amoled display screen with 1440×2560 pixels and a pixel density of 518ppi.  It is powered by a 2GHz octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor with 3GB of RAM. It has Corning gorilla glass protection with fingerprint and iris scanner.

The camera of lumia 950XL is same as Lumia 950 smartphone. Its rear camera is of 20-megapixel with autofocus, OIS (optical image stabilisation), an f/1.9 aperture, and a triple-LED RGB flash module and front camera is of 5-megapixel. It has 32GB of inbuilt storage which is expandable up to 200GB via microSD card. It has a 3340mAh removable battery. It measures 151.9×78.4×8.1mm and weighs 165 grams. It is dual SIM with 4G/LTE connectivity.

Both Lumia 950 Dual SIM and Lumia 950 XL Dual SIM, supports dual standby with Nano-SIM card support. Both smartphones also support fast charging which is capable of charging 50 percent of battery in 30 minutes. The Lumia 950 XL also comes with liquid cooling.

The biggest USP by Microsoft for new Windows 10 is Continuum feature which allows turning the mobile device into a Windows 10 PC with a different operating system and interface. Both smartphones feature almost the same hardware. With this feature, the smartphone can also connected to monitor along with a mouse and keyboard with the help of Microsoft Display Dock, which has been launched at Rs. 5,999. This Display Dock will be free for first limited customers.
