Meizu Metal With 5.5-Inch Display, Helio X10 SoC and 13-Megapixel Camera Launched

Meizu Metal Meizu has launched its new smartphone Meizu Metal under its Blue Charm lineup. This phone is priced at CNY 1,099 for the 16GB storage variant, and CNY 1,299 for the 32GB variant. This phone is now available for registration and will go on sale starting November 2.

Meizu Metal features a 5.5-inch full HD (1080×1920 pixels) LTPS display with 2.5D curved glass and T2X-1 glass protection. It runs on Flyme 5.1 based on Android 5.1 Lollipop. It is powered by a 2 GHz 64-bit octa-core MediaTek Helio X10 processor with PowerVR G6200 GPU and 2GB LPDDR3 RAM. It comes with 16GB and 32GB internal storage with microSD card slot to expand storage up to 128GB.

It features a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, f/2.2 aperture, 5P lenses and Phase Detection Auto Focus (PDAF). It also has a 5-megapixel front camera. It has 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, dual-band, Wi-Fi Direct, hotspot Bluetooth, GPS, and Micro-USB. It is packed with 3140 mAh Li-ion battery.

It also supports fingerprint sensor embedded within the Home key.
