Gionee has announced its new Gionee S5.1 Pro smartphone in China. Pricing details were not confirmed. It will go on sale in China soon.
Gionee S5.1 Pro features a 5 inch AMOLED display with gorilla glass 4 protection. It also has metal frame around edges. It is powered by a 1.5 GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor with Mali-T720 GPU. It has 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage. It is a dual sim phone with Hybrid card slots. It runs on Android 5.1 with Amigo UI 3.1 at top.
It has 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 8 megapixel front camera. Connectivity features of the phone are 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, USB OTG and GPS. It is also packed with 2400 mAh battery.
