Yahoo has pushed a new update to its Yahoo Weather to bring weather alert worldwide. Now, it will notify you 15 minutes before s before rain or snow is expected.
Yahoo calls this ‘near-term’ update. You will have 15 minutes to take jacket or raincoat if you have plans to go somewhere. For this feature, it takes readings from the barometric sensor of the device.
In addition to this feature, Yahoo also said that app data is now more accurate. You will have access to weather data including radar maps, humidity, wind and the UV index. You will also be able to zoom in on small areas.
This app is available for iOS and Android.
