Motorola announces door step pick up and drop service ‘Moto Xpress’  For Rs. 199

Moto XpressMotorola India has announced its new door step pick up and drop service ‘Moto Xpress’ in selected cities. Motorola customers in Delhi, Noida and Gurgaon can register for this service from their Motorola device.

If you have opted for this service, Motorola service persons will come to your home for resolving software of hardware issues. If there is any software issue, it will be solved at your home within few hours. For hardware issues, they will pick your device and then return to you at your door within a week. You will be charged only Rs. 199 each time you use this service.

This service seems reasonable and affordable too. In your busy life, it is very difficult to find time for these things. Motorola will offer service at your home. So, you can save your time and get better service.

“In India, our customer satisfaction score is over 85 percent and with our latest initiative we aim to continue enhancing our after sale services.”, said Motorola in a press statement.

Motorola is already running 160 service centers across the country. But for better after sale service experience, this service has been launched for testing in Delhi NCR region. Motorola will surely expand this service in other cities in coming days if it gets good response.
