Delhi Police Launches Trial Version of Its ‘One Touch Away’ App

One Touch away

One Touch awayDelhi Police has launched the trial version of its mobile app ‘One Touch Away.’ With this mobile app, Delhi Police aims to reduce public inconvenience and dissatisfaction with Delhi police functioning. Currently the app is only available for Android only.

The app lists all police officers with their name, photo, services, department and contact number. So, Delhi people can contact them anytime. It also gives links to all websites and apps related to Delhi police. It also provides all the important helpline numbers to the public required in case of any emergency.

This app is not just useful for public but also for Delhi police officers. Delhi police officers can also use this app to send notifications to public or officers in the same department.

Main app behind the app is to provide a single platform to connect Delhi Police and people of Delhi.

“The application is a solution on one platform and it is being launched on trial basis today,” said Delhi Police Commissioner B S Bassi.

For past few months, Delhi police is trying to improve its image and offer better service to Delhi people. There have been various incidents where Delhi police has shown extraordinary work, but few bad experiences are also there. But this is the nature of Human to see on dark side and avoid positive side. So called honest party ‘AAP’ has also tried its best to blind people so that they cannot see the positive side. We all know that Delhi police is a team of thousands of officers. Few are good and few are bad but you cannot blame the whole Delhi police for the bad work from few police officers. But for their political ambitions, AAP has done a great job in showing only dark face of police to people. But things are not this much of bad as you believe.

I recommend all Delhi people to use this app to connect with Delhi police officers. I am sure if will help you know them closely.
