Asus Zenfone MaxAt Zen Festival, Asus announced its battery focused smartphone Asus Zenfone Max with 5000 mAh battery. It will be available in October this year. Pricing details were not announced.

Asus Zenfone Max ZC550KL features a 5.5 inch HD display with Gorilla Glass 4 protection. It is powered by a 1.2 Ghz quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor with adreno 306 GPU. It is packed with 2 GB RAM and comes with 8 GB or 16 GB storage model. It also has microSD card slot to expand storage up to 128 GB. It features a 13 megapixel rear camera with Real tone flash and laser auto focus. It also has a 5 megapixel front camera with 85-degree wide-angle lens. It is packed with 4G, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS.

It is packed with 5000 mAh battery which is non-removable.
