WhatsApp Voice Calling Now Available for Windows Phone

WhatsAppWhatsApp has finally brought its voice calling feature to Windows Phone devices. So, now Windows Phone can enjoy WhatsApp voice calling over mobile data or Wi-Fi. WhatsApp voice calling was already available for Android, iOS and BlackBerry platforms.

WhatsApp Windows Phone app (version 2.12.60.0) brings this voice calling. It now also allows users to send audio files in conversation. It is worth to mention that WhatsApp voice calling is available only for devices running on Windows Phone 8.0. Audio files sending feature is available for devices running on Windows 8.1 or higher.

WhatsApp voice calling was already available but initially it was rolled out as test and then made it officially available. But Windows users were really disappoint because there were no sign of this feature for them. Company also never responded to their query regarding this feature.
