There is an ‘undo send’ option in Gmail since last six years but now Google has officially launched ‘Undo Send’ to Inbox. Now, you don’t have to feel regret if you make any typo errors or send a wrong mail. What you do is just use ‘undo send’ which allows you to cancel a sent mail and get relax.

But there is time duration of maximum 30 sec for cancelation of mail after sending. This feature is turned off by default for the one who is using the Lab Version. To enable Undo Send, you have to follow given steps:

  1. Click the gear icon button in the top right.
  2. Select Settings from there.
  3. Scroll down to “Undo Send” and click Enable.
  4. After that set the cancellation period.
  5. And then click Save Changesat the bottom of the page, and all done.

We already, wrote an article in 2012 “How to undo a sent mail in Gmail”. You can also watch video on YouTube.
By using this “undo send”, next time when you will send a mail, an undo button appears at the top of the page for certain duration (Cancellation period that you set).
