LG Lancet With Windows Phone 8.1, Snapdragon 410 SoC Launched

LG LancetLG has finally launched its first Windows Phone smartphone dubbed as LG Lancet. This smartphone has been launched exclusively for Verizon Wireless. The smartphone will be available starting May 21. LG Lancet is available on Verizon Edge for $5 a month for 24 months and for $120 without contract.

LG Lancet offers good specifications at affordable price. LG Lancet features a 4.5-inch (480×854 pixels) LCD display. It is powered by a 1.2 Ghz quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor. Company didn’t confirm the RAM. It has 8 GB internal storage which is further expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card slot. It comes with a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 0.3-megapixel front camera. It offers Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, CDMA LTE (Verizon), GPS, and Micro-USB connectivity features. It is packed with 2100mAh battery.

It is also interesting that LG Lancet is Verizon’s first Windows Phone device to support higher-quality LTE voice calling.
