This new feature lets you add a comment in the tweet you are going to retweet. So, you can go beyond 140 characters now. This feature is now available on Twitter for web and iOS app. Android app will soon get this feature.

This feature was much requested because users wanted to add their own comment while retweeting other person’s tweet. But there was no option like this. Now when you will click on retweet button, it will prompt you to add a comment.
