Online real estate company PropTiger has acquired popular online classified company Makaan.com. Terms of deals and size of deals were not disclosed. Makaan.com will remain a separate entity but Makaan.com CEO Aditya Verma will now be reporting to PropTiger co-founder & CEO Dhruv Agarwal.

Makaan.com is one of the popular online property search website in India. It has around 200,000 active property listing and more than 40,000 active brokers on the website. It helps users in searching property online for buy or rent. Adding Makaan.com to its portfolio, PropTiger will surely get a boost with an online presence.
