Micromax has launched a new entry level smartphone Micromax Canvas Fire 4 for Rs. 6999. It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop. It has dual front facing speakers.

It is packed with 1 GB RAM, 8 GB internal storage and microSD card slot. It features a 8 megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash. It features a 2 megapixel front camera. Connectivity features of the smartphone include 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. It is packed with 2000 mAh battery.
