Today at Facebook’s F8 Developer Conference, Mark Zuckerberg introduced Messenger Business. This is the part of Facebook’s Messenger platform. With this feature, users can directly communicate with businesses within Messenger.

Business can integrate Messenger in their platform in a way that customers can communicate with them. Business can provide customers product information and purchase information. Business can also use it as a support tool.

Last week, Facebook also announced money transfer directly via Messenger. It is unclear whether Facebook will also allow users to purchase product directly via Messenger or not. But we can expect this feature.

Initially Business on Messenger will be launched with selected partners only. If you own a business and want to integrate messenger with your business, you can signup for the program from the link given below.
