As expected, OnePlus launched the 16 GB silk white variant of its OnePlus One smartphone in India. It is priced at Rs. 18999 which is 1000 less than its closet competition Xiaomi Mi4 16 GB. Originally the smartphone was launched in December, 2014 with 64 GB internal storage.
Except the internal storage, all other hardware specifications are same. It has a Silk White back with smooth texture.
To remind you, OnePlus One features a 5.5 inch full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by a 2.5 GHz Quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor with 3 GB RAM. It runs on Cyanogen OS 11S based on Android 4.4. Soon, OnePlus will upgrade all smartphones with its new Oxygen OS. It has a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5 megapixel front camera.
Connectivity features of the smartphone are 4G, W-Fi, Wi-FI Direct, Bluetooth, GPS and NFC. It is packed with 3100 mAh battery.
