Justdial has quietly started selling electronics items online by aggregating offline electronics shops. It is selling mobile phones, tablets, laptops, refrigerators, washing machines, Air Conditioners and other things via its online store. This service is now available for many major cities across the country.

Once a buyer selects a product, he will get the best quotes from vendors of that specific city. JustDial also allows payments via Cash on delivery, debit/credit cards and net bankings. After payments, shops will receive the order and then it will dispatch the order. Justdial promises the deliveries within seven hours but it is the responsibility of the shop to deliver your order within the time. You will receive the invoice from the vendor who is selling the item. So, it will also solve the warranty issue often faced by users with online retailers.

It is worth to mention that delivery charges will be there and are not fixed. As per the FAQ page, delivery charge will depend on the vendor offering the product and will be nominal in most of the cases.

If you want to return the item, you will have to go to the shop. For complaints, you will have to contact to Justdial. At the bottom, website also has a logo of JD Guarantee. But it is worth to note that it is not for ‘product guarantee’. It only confirms offering of the vendor.
