Employers can create a separate account for employees to use this account as work. Users can also use this with their existing Facebook account. Any action performed on Facebook at work will not be shown in Facebook’s regular profile.

Most of the business network services are paid. But it seems that Facebook is offering this service for free. So, it will surely grab attention and more users in less time. Facebook confirmed that it will not show ads or track any thing. So, we can expect that it will roll our subscription based model in near future.

Advantage of this will be that employee will not have to learn the new interface. Users can also share documents but there will be no in-app editing. We can expect this feature in future updates.

Company is releasing the apps in respective app stores, but it will only be available to small group of partners.
