Chromecast now available from Google Play in India for Rs. 2999

Google launched its Chromecast dongle in India exclusively on Snapdeal for Rs. 2999 back in December as part of its Great Online Shopping Festival. Now the device is available in India via Google Play Store.

Chromecaste is the device which lets users stream media from smartphone to TV. So, your favorite online content can be streamed on big screen. In India, Google has also partnered with severa companies including Eros Now, Spuul, YuppTV and Rdio so that you can watch movies, movie trailers, stream music and more.

Chromecast has HDMI port and Wi-fi 802.11 b/g/n support to connect to your devices. It works with Android smartphone, tablets, iPhone, iPad, Chrome for Windows, Mac and Chromebooks.
