Celkon Campus A400 is powered by a dual core processor with Mali 400 GPU. It features a 4 inch display with 800 x 480 pixels resolution. It is packed with 256 MB RAM, 512 MB internal storage, microSD card slot to expand storage up to 32 GB and Android 4.4 kitkat. It features a 2 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a VGA camera.
