Micromax has launched its new budget smartphone Micromax Canvas Xpress in its canvas series. This smartphone will be exclusively available via Flipkart for Rs. 6999 starting from December 8th. Flipkart also offers eBooks worth Rs. 1000 and 500 MB of free data for 6 months for Aircel users.
Micromax Canvas Xpress features a 4.5 inch FWVGA screen with 854 x 480 pixels resolution. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor with 1 GB RAM. Internal storage of the smartphone is expandable up to 32 GB. It runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat. It has a 5 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a VGA front camera. Connectivity features of the smartphone are 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS. It has 1950 mAh battery.
This smartphone comes with few interesting apps including book my show, clean master, hike, MAD, Yatra and more. It also has HotKnot and Smart Wake features.
