YouTube has just announced its new music subscription service called ‘YouTube Music Key’. The service is in beta and will be invite-only for the time being. This subscription service will be free for next 6 months followed by promotional price pf $7.99 per month (Original price is $9.99 per month).

‘YouTube Music Key’ subscription service will offer ads-free music. You will be able to enjoy background play and offline viewing. You will also get access to Google Play Music, with 30+ million songs and ability to upload your own music.
So, YouTube will be available in two forms. One the new desktop and mobile friendly YouTube to listen music for free. And other is the subscription service to enjoy music without ads and also enjoy videos offline. You will also be able to enjoy YouTube music while using other app and with locked phone.
This subscription service is invite only for first 6 months. And it will be available in for all users in early 2015. This service will be available in United States and six European countroes. YouTube will target heavy YouTube users to invite.
Google also announced new home for music on your YouTube app for Android, iOS and YouTube for web. This new home page shows your favorite music videos, recommended videos based on your interest and trending across the site.
Now Google also offers high quality audio on YouTube. You will also be able to see artist’s discography on YouTube and enjoy full albums.
