Along with Samsung Galaxy Core Max, Samsung has also quietly unveiled Snapdragon 805 version of the Samsung Galaxy S5 smartphone via its Netherlands website. This new smartphone is dubbed as Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus. This smartphone is similar to Samsung Galaxy S4 LTE-A with few upgrades. Just like its predecessor, Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus offers faster LTE connectivity. It is the European version of Galaxy S5 4G+ which was introduced back in August in Singapore. Galaxy S5 Plus and Galaxy S5 4G+ feature same model name (SM-G901F) with almost similar specifications.
Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus features a 5.2 inch full HD Sper AMOLED display. It is powered by a 2.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 SoC with Adreno 420 GPU. It runs on Android 4.4.2 Kitkat. It is packed with 2 GB RAM, 16 GB/32 GB internal storage and microSD card slot to expand up to 128 GB. It has LTE Cat 6, HSPDA, HSUPA, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, dual-band, Wi-Fi Direct, DLNA, Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth v4.0 with A2DP, NFC, Infrared, microUSB and USB OTG.
