Samsung Galaxy Core Prime appears on Flipkart for Rs 8,499

Samsung’s new smartphone Samsung Galaxy Core appears on the online retailer Flipkart. The official launch of the smartphone is still awaited. The smartphone will join the Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2, Samsung Galaxy Core 2 and Samsung Galaxy Star that are already selling in the market.

Samsung Galaxy Core Prime

Coming to the specifications, Samsung Galaxy Core Prime has a 4.5-inch WVGA PLS display. It is equipped with a 1.3GHz quad-core processor. The smartphone will run on Android 4.4.2(Jellybean). Talking about the photo clicking abilities, Samsung Galaxy Core Prime has a 5MP rear or back facing camera with LED flash. It also features 2MP front facing camera. Other features include 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal storage that can be expanded via microSD card.

The official launch of the smartphone is still awaited and we can expect it in coming weeks. The battery backup of the smartphone seems good as it has 2000 mAh battery. Connectivity features of the smartphone was not revealed but we can expect common features like Bluetooth, 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS and microUSB. We have to wait till Samsung Official announcement.
