HTC has unveiled its latest phablet HTC Desire 820 at IFA 2014 in Berlin. It comes with powerful hardware specifications and latest Android 4.4 kitkat.
HTC Desire 820 features a 5.5 inch display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. It is powered by a octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor (four Cortex A53 cores clocked at 1.5 GHz per core and four clocked at 1.0 GHz) with Adreno 405 GPU. It comes with Android 4.4 Kitkat with HTC Sense UI 6 at the top. It is upgradable to the upcoming Android L. It has 2 GB RAM, 16 GB internal storage and microSD card slot to expand storage up to 128 GB. It features a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash, BSI sensor and 8 megapixel front camera with HD video recording. It also has dual front stereo speakers with built in amplifiers and HTC BoomSound for best music experience. Connectivity features of the smartphone include 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. It is packed with 2600 mAh battery.
