BlackBerry has launched its recently announced Smartphone BlackBerry Passport in India. It has been priced at Rs. 49,990. It is available for pre-order from Amazon.in and BlackBerry exclusive stores starting today. It will go on sale on October 10.

BlackBerry Passport features a 4.5 inch display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and 1440 x 1440 pixels resolution. It is powered by a 2.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor and runs on BlackBerry 10.3 OS. This new OS also comes with BlackBerry’s personal assistant called BlackBerry Assistant. It features a 13 megapixel rear camera with BSI Sensors, LED flash and 1080p full HD video recording. It also has a 2 megapixel front camera with 720p HD video recording. It is packed with 3 GB RAM, 32 GB internal storage and microSD card slot to expand internal storage up to 64 GB. It has 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 LE, Slimport, GPS and NFC. It is packed with 3450mAh non-removable battery.
