Intex has launched a new smartphone Intex Aqua Style in its Aqua series. The smartphone with the same name has been launched by the company in Febuary 2013. We don’t know why they have decided to give the same name to this smartphone but it has totally different specifications. According to the firm, Intex Aqua Style will be available in Black and White colors for Rs 5,990.
Sanjay Kumar Kalirona, Senior General Manager, Mobile Business, Intex Technologies said in a statement, “The Aqua range has been widely accepted by our customers across India. The Aqua Style has been designed keeping in mind, the need for style and quality. With Aqua Style, we aim to empower youngsters looking for a mobile that speaks about their personality.”
Intex Aqua Style features a 4-inch WVGA display. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor. The smartphone will run on Android 4.4.2. The smartphone also comes with Dual SIM support with Dual standby. It features a 5MP rear or back facing camera without flash. It also features a 0.3MP front facing camera. Other features include 4GB of internal storage that can be expanded via microSD card. The battery backup seems quite ok as it has 1400maH battery. Connectivity features of the smartphone are 3G, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, GPRS/ EDGE, Micro-USB, A-GPS, and Bluetooth.
