On Friday at an event in New Delhi, HTC launched new Desire 616 and One (E8) smartphones in the Indian market. HTC One E8 is a high end phone and it priced at Rs. 34,900. HTC Desire 616 is a mid-range smartphone and costs only Rs. 16900.

HTC One (E8) is the latest smartphone in One series. It features a 5 inch full HD display with Corning Gorilla glass protection and 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. It is powered by quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat). It comes with 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5 megapixel front camera. It is packed with 2 GB RAM, 16 GB internal storage and microSD card slot to expand storage up to 128 GB. It features 3G, WI-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 with apt codec, NFC, GPS with GLONASS and 2600 mAh battery.

It will be available in Electric Crimson, Polar White, Misty Gray and Maldives Blue colors.

It is packed with 1 GB RAM, 4 GB internal storage and 2000 mAh battery slot.
