Box Announced Unlimited Storage for Business Customers, Adds Office 365 Support

Popular cloud storage service Box has announced two new features to stay in the competitive cloud storage war. It has announced unlimited storage for business customers.

Box started offering unlimited storage to Enterprise customers since 2010. Now company has started this for business users too. The main reason behind this is the price drop of storage. The cost of storage has dropped in recent years. So, other cloud storage rivals have also reduced the price of plans and offered unlimited storage.

Box has also announced the integration of Box and Microsoft’s office 365. This will provide secure, collaborative and better management. From Box for office 2013, Users can easily open, edit, share and save any file from Box within Word, Powerpoint and Excel.

Box for outlook 2013 lets users easily add links of files stored in the Box accounts and convert document attachments to secure Box shared links.

The new storage plans are available to all business users beginning Tuesday. Office 365 integration will be available to Beta users and will start rolling out in the fall. Box has also planned to bring office 3655 for Web integration in coming months
